RC® Licenses secure the structural access to the Architecture of Resonant Communication and ensure its reliable, reproducible and audit ready application within organizations. They enable the sustainable anchoring of RC® in leadership, governance and collaboration — stable, scalable and adaptable to changing conditions.

RC ®CORE License — structural foundation for organizations

The CORE License provides the structural organizational standard for applying the RC® fundamentals.
It includes:

  • Foundations of Resonant Communication (Module 1)
  • Roles & Responsibilities (Module 2)
  • Conflict & Feedback Logic (Module 3)

Purpose: Establish structural clarity in roles, expectations, decision logic and communication pathways.

RC® ADVANCED License — operational license for leadership, teams and organizational communication

The ADVANCED License extends RC® into operational leadership, team processes and system wide communication.
It includes:

  • Team Processes (Module 4)
  • Leadership & Steering (Module 5)
  • Organizational Communication (Module 6)

Purpose: Enable stable collaboration, clear decision pathways and reliable information flows across units.

RC®ENTERPRISE License — system wide license for operating models, governance and complex environments

The ENTERPRISE License integrates RC® into complex, international and governance relevant structures.
It includes:

  • Crisis Communication (Module 7)
  • Intercultural/Bilingual Communication (Module 8)
  • Implementation & Reporting Logic (Module 9)

Purpose: Ensure system wide stability, robust decision logic and sustainable embedding into operating models.
